Digital Marketing Assistant
Location: Pasadena, California (WeWork Space) or Remote
Our digital marketing assistant position create and schedule posts for various social media platforms, e-mail marketing, and graphic design.
Key responsibilities:
Managing Shopify website: optimizing SEO, ensurring content is up to date, has consistent tone of voice, ensuring user journey is clear and performance of content is measured consistently.
Content creation: write engaging content for a variety of audiences consistent with brand guidelines across social media platforms and blogs. Create engaging graphics and banners for website and social media platforms.
Social media: Planning and coordinating a schedule fo activity across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest to expand our social media audience base.
Advertising: Assist marketing coordinators on advertising through content creation and performance evaluation.
Email marketing: plan and create a regular schedule of email marketing activity. Test and measure performance to optimise results.
Print: Create and design semi-annual print catalogs.
Qualifications
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects independently
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
Understand and can utilize social media platforms and follow with current trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or any business-related field
Minimum 1 year experience with content creation (Photoshop or Illustrator)
Preferred qualifications:
Mailchimp experience
Shopify experience
2+ years Photoshop experience
Google Adwords Experience
Salary: $15 per hour
Retail Sales Associate
Location: Los Angeles, California
Our sales associate will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring customers have a quality time within our store.
Key responsibilities:
Greeting customers, answer questions, helping them find items, providing recommendations
Operating cash registers and check out items
Balncing the cash registers and generating reports for credit and debit sales
Bagging items for customers
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Increasing in-store sales
Maintaing sales floor appearance
Directing customers to merchandise
Assist other employees with scanning and marking online orders.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Cashier or customer service experience preferred
ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
Attention to detail.
POS experience preferred.
Salary
$11 per hour
Sales Manager
Location: Los Angeles, California
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Salary: $40,000 per year plus comissions.
