Wholesale customers enjoy the biggest discount ever offered. Customers buying 12 pieces of item or more will receive 50% off their entire order automatically, even for sale items!
Can we mix and match for the bulk order?
YES! You can mix and match any item, size, or item. As long as the total quantity equals to 12 or more, you will automatically get 50% off!
Are bulk orders tax-free?
Bulk orders/wholesale orders are completely tax-free with the exception of customers from California. California customers seeking tax exemption should send an email to customerservice@wenchoice.com with a valid resale permit or Tax ID for tax exemption status.
Are there additional wholesale discounts?
Bulk orders/wholesale do not qualify for any additional discounts or promotions like free shipping. Customers seeking to place an order over $3,000 should contact sales@wenchoice.com for additional discounts.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We do ship international orders. However, we do not have international shipping set up on the website. International customers can email sales@wenchoice.com with the order details to order or get a price quote.
Can I get a wholesale catalog?
YES! Please send us a message on our contact us page with your address and we will mail the latest catalog.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Due to the additional necessary processing time, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days on top of the standard processing time frame to fulfill your order. Your order will be shipped out once your order has been fully processed.

Bulk orders only qualify for 15 days return/exchange if the item is damaged or defective.
